Dr. Frank Murphy is a lifelong learner who loves to teach. The quest has enriched his life in so many ways that were not anticipated. Coaching and mentoring are items that are interconnected and must be leveraged to be successful. As a coach and mentor, my goal is to connect with my students with a personalized and goal-oriented focus to unlock their potential. Every interaction is different but this can be accomplished through emphasis on the learner's self-discovery and development through questioning and providing feedback and advice. The ultimate goal is to empower to empower individuals to grow, perform, and succeed.
